Gathering Of The Vibes is also known for its philanthropic projects, with the festival and its fans supporting several social causes throughout the years. During the past couple of years festival organizers have donated more than $125,000 to local Bridgeport charities, the Connecticut Special Olympics and many not-for-profit organizations. Last year Vibes fans donated 5,500 pounds of non-perishable items to local and state food banks. Add that to the festival’s “Green Vibes” efforts, such as on-site recycling and telling attendees about alternative energy solutions, and you have a very eco-friendly spectacular.
A limited number of weekend camping passes are going $197.50. Other options include VIP passes priced at $420, Friday and Saturday single-day tickets for $65 and Sunday tickets for $50. To learn more about this year’s Gathering Of The Vibes, click here for the festival website.
