United Talent Agency‘s board of directors announced the addition Friday of eight new partners, including prominent music agent Ken Fermaglich.
Fermaglich joined UTA in 2015 when the agency acquired The Agency Group. As the representative for major acts including Guns N’ Roses, Paramore, Muse and more, Fermaglich is a key member of UTA’s music team.
Fermaglich will speak at the Pollstar Live! conference next month, where he is also nominated for the Most Terrifying Agent honor at the Pollstar Awards.
“There are so many different facets to UTA,” Fermaglich told Pollstar last year. “One of the most amazing things for my clients about being here is I’ve got all kinds of different, full-service options at my fingertips.”
UTA’s other partner promotions span the company’s diverse roster. Susie Fox and John Sacks specialize in comedy clients, Ophir Lupu is the head of UTA’s Video Games division and Jacob Fenton, Ben Jacobson, Bec Smith and Mark Subias work with clients involved in TV, film and theater.
“These eight individuals from across our business have been a critical part of UTA’s growth over the past years,” the board of directors wrote in a statement. “Their appointments reflect not just the longstanding contributions each has made, but their leadership, innovation and commitment to creating unique opportunities for our clients.”
The eight new partners represent a 13 percent expansion of the company’s partnership.
