“What makes Punk In Drublic so special is the authenticity of it,” Brew Ha Ha Productions’  Cameron Collins said in a statement.  “Craft Beer, true craft beer, from local and regional breweries who are running their businesses with the same mentality as punk rock music: independent, often times controversial, and without a care in the world about how it’s ‘been done in the past.’  I say it all the time, punk rock is the music much of the craft beer we drink is brewed to … it’s appropriate to have an epic event that celebrates the two!”

Potent potables include the custom-brewed / limited release Stone & NOFX Punk In Drublic Hoppy Lager as well as craft beers from Bell’s, Deschutes, Odell’s Oskar Blues and Sierra Nevada.  Local breweries include Alewerks in Richmond, Va., Adelbert’s in Austin, Texas, and Down The Road in Brockton, Mass.

Tickets go on sale March 2.

The 11th annual Soundset will include performances by Logic, Migos, Atmosphere, Erykah Badu, Tyler, The Creator, Russ, Wu-Tang Clan, Brockhampton and Ice-T.

But the above list of acts is just scratching the surface of Soundset’s incredibly deep lineup.  The one-day event will also host folks ranging from A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie to DJ Jazzy Jeff to Jaden Smith to Paper Tiger, Willie Wonka, Mike 2600 and others.

Occupying the midway at the Minnesota State Fairgrounds May 27; the festival markets itself as “the largest one-day Hip-Hop frestival in the world.”
