Dead & Co. Rise For Fall Trek

Dead & Company are already near the top of Pollstar’s Global Concert Pulse, but they have locked in dates for November and early December, meaning they’re not going to rest in peace any time soon.

The new dates start with a double-dose at Madison Square Garden Arena in New York Nov. 12 and 14. After that the routing moves from the regional Northeast, briefly through the Midwest and closes in the regional South, with the last show currently planned for Sunrise, Fla., on Dec. 8.

American Express Cardholders get access to a presale for all the non-Florida shows on Sept. 12. The AmEx presale for the Florida shows starts Sept. 19.

The general onsale for the non-Florida shows starts Sept. 16. The general public will get a crack at the Florida shows on Sept. 23.

In case you didn’t know, Dead & Company is an outgrowth of The Grateful Dead, featuring original Dead members Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann and Bob Weir alongside John Mayer, Oteil Burbridge who played with the Allman Brothers and Madison Square Garden Arena of Fare Thee Well and RatDog.

Dead & Company was number 8 on the Global Concert Pulse for the week of Sept. 11 and was number 25 on Pollstar’s 2017 Mid Year Worldwide Ticket Sales Top 100 Tour chart.

Just this year Dead & Company has grossed more than $27 million and sold 368, 495.
