There are three festivals on the menu through the trip: Welcome To Rockville in Jacksonville, Fla., on April 29; Monster Energy Fort Rock in Fort Myers, Fla., and Carolina Rebellion in Concord, N.C. on May 5. Those dates are all part of the World’s Loudest Month concert series, which is made up of eight festivals playing six consecutive weekends in April, May and June.

The new tour will likely feature tunes from Mastodon’s newest album, although no release date, or title has been shared yet. After the group’s first singer, Eric Saner, left before the group’s initial record deal with Relapse Records, Mastodon has maintained the same lineup for more than 15 years.

“We couldn’t be more excited to pour majestic rock sauce all over your town,” the band wrote in a statement. “Come on down and help us celebrate the season of new beginnings where fresh buds bloom, animals awaken, the earth comes to life and there’s a new Mastodon album to melt your face off!”
