CEE Presents Chase Ebaugh reportedly sent the check to Gallagher’s manager, Craig Marquardo, for the stand-up comedy show at the 1,400-capacity State Theatre, putting an end to the dispute that began April 7.
Marquardo confirmed to the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review that it was received and cleared but criticized Ebaugh for paying what he owed only after the negative press and the threat of a lawsuit.
Ebaugh had previously been holding out to pay Gallagher about $7,500 instead of the full fee based on what he described as low ticket sales and excess expenses for radio ads.
