Blues great Hubert Sumlin updates today with new shows for October and November. Newly posted listings include a twofer in New York City at the Hammerstein Ballroom on October 21 & 22, Baltimore on October 24 at Lyric Opera House, Chicago on October 28 at Chicago Theatre and San Francisco on November 2 at the Warfield Theatre. New stops also include San Diego, Spokane, Seattle and Portland before returning to New York for a November 26 gig at B.B. King’s.
San Francisco band Love Like Fire tours coast-to-coast this month and next. New dates include September 29 in St. Louis at The Bluebird, October 7 in DC at The Red And The Black, October 13 in Cincinnati at Gypsy Hut and Denver on October 29 at the Hi-Dive. Other cities on the agenda include Des Moines, Urbana, Savannah, NYC, Pittsburgh, Akron and Seattle.
The Human League plays the United Kingdom come December, with the band’s calendar showing stops in Newcastle (December 1), Nottingham (December 3), Liverpool (December 4) and Brighton (December 5). Other U.K. locations include Bournemouth, London, Manchester, Newport, Wolverhampton and Sheffield.
Umphrey’s McGee fill in their October / November calendars. Dates include October 18 in Philadelphia at Electric Factory, October 29 in San Diego at House Of Blues, November 14 in Milwaukee at The Rave Eagles Club and November 21 & 22 in DC at 9:30 Club.
