Talk about timing! On the heels of Monday’s Led Zeppelin concert, the first few dates for the Robert Plant / Alison Krauss tour are starting to emerge. Right now the schedule points to Europe in May with cities like Manchester, Birmingham, London and Cardiff in the U.K. and Stockholm, Oslo and Brussels on the Continent. Meanwhile, here in the states we’re hearing that a Bonnaroo appearance is in the works. News of which should refuel those Zep at Bonnaroo rumors we were hearing last week.
The new Neil Young dates are also for Europe. Multiple nights in London, Manchester and Copenhagen; look for Chris Rock in Cleveland, Baltimore, Rosemont, Philadelphia and Detroit in February and Denver, Niagara Falls, Toronto, Uncasville and Atlanta in March; Neil Diamond adds three German dates for May and June and Joe Satriani slots Spain, Netherlands, Ireland and the U.K. for May.
