Lots of dates for Big Head Todd & The Monsters – 21 2008 shows with stops in towns like Nashville, Fort Lauderdale, Norfolk, Philadelphia and Cleveland; Coco Montoya adds a Montreal date for ’08; Leo Kottke adds a May two-fer for Virginia and T.G. Sheppard slots shows in TX, IL, MT, TN and GA for next year.
Celine Dion adds four Montreal shows for next August; look for Ambrosia in Phoenixville, PA, on May 2 and Uncasville, CT, on May 23; new dates for Horrorpops include places like San Luis Obispo, CA, and Las Vegas, NV, and Huey Lewis And The News travel that long and winding road to Friant, California, for a casino gig on March 3.
Young Dubliners add MI, UT, CA, CO and FL to the 2008 itinerary; Black Francis (aka Frank Black) goes to Europe in early 2008 and Dewey Cox & The Hard Walkers have a quick December run of shows.
During the past two hours we also updated, tweaked and fine-tuned the schedules for Gene Watson, Donna Jean & The Tricksters, Girlyman, Jonathan Byrd, Lipbone Redding, Mark Erelli, Phil Vassar, Richard Buckner, Sika, The Doobie Brothers, The Larkins and Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band.
And we’re headed for the home stretch! Two hours of heavy-duty, down-and-nasty tour date processing yet to go and we still have trucks dropping new schedules on the loading dock as you read this.
